Congratulations to Russia's Dutch coach for his quite marvellous belly. It really is a spelndid achievement and the rotund one's wobbling around the touchline was cause for many a chuckle I'm sure. It should also be pointed out that his success reminds us, despite the emergence of the younger (and slimmer) with their dynamic approaches, that an old head is always important in many a situation. Now that's food for thought...
